Our client a significant affordable housing provider wanted to explore how if could enhance and develop its employment advice and support services to its tenants.  The brief sought options in terms of the scale, model and structures that would maximise the impact of their work.

We worked closely with the client team in understanding their local needs, delivery geography, local employment markets and demographics as well as exploring alternate delivery models.  As a result we developed a bespoke series of recommendations to enhance the teams offer, support a greater number of clients and increase the effectiveness of the service provided
